For our Headquarter in Zurich, we are looking for immediately or by appointment a

Retail Real Estate Consultant (m/f), (100%) – German/English/(French)

As a Retail Consultant for our growing Retail Services you will work with local and international retailers as
well as private and institutional landlords, perform market and site analysis, site selection and conduct
lease negotiations in a dynamic team environment.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Negotiate new leases and lease renewals


• Market and site analysis


• Show spaces, qualify prospective spaces


• Prepare, analyze, and present leasing activity reports to landlords


• Write market reports

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• University degree in business administration, real estate, geography or related field


• 2-3 years' experience in commercial real estate or retail with verifiable deals and completed
  transactions, preferably in Switzerland


• Existing network with national and international retail brands


• Fluent in spoken and written German and English, French is a plus


• Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
