As a member of our Global Category Management community you’ll be responsible to coordinate and execute the forecasts, planning, reporting and invoicing activities required to support successful negotiations with some of the most prestigious brands and the solid implementation of the commercial plan.


 


Your main responsibilities


·    Process daily requests regarding assortment, vendor, space and data item maintenance and liaise with Category Management, Supply Chain and Retail Operations for effective support


·    Analyse assortment and performance, regularly check items and parameters in the operations


·    Review the master data information in the systems


·    Provide supplier reports as for contractually aped


·    Check for possible discrepancies or incidents at the warehouse


·    Assist in the calculation and invoicing of marketing investment, space rental, advertising, bonus and compensations


·    Coordinate the invoice process from the preparation of requests, cancellation or credit notes, correspondence with suppliers and check blocked invoices


·    Assist the Finance department with the debt collection of the Category


·    Coordination & upload of advertising terms and documentations in the A&P Tool


·    Maintain the internal information library for the category (contracts, agreements, layouts, negotiations, etc.)


·    Support the Category team in any ad hoc queries or projects


 


 


Your profile


·    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related discipline


·    2 - 3 years of work experience in an international environment, ideally in the retail industry


·    Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with expertise in data extractions and interpretation


·    Proficient knowledge in Excel, knowledge of SAP or other ERP system


·    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, pay attention to detail and deliver highly accurate results


·    Flexible personality and good team-player who easily adapts to changes


·    Good communication skills in English a must, any other language an advantage
