IT on site support Senior Technician (w/m)
Your role:
You will be part of an IT support team spread across 4 different sites in the Swiss German speaking part, performing IT onsite support activities ranging between IMAC, diagnosing, maintaining and servicing computer-related products.
Your profile:
· You should have an IT education, diploma in informatics or equivalent
· Min 4 years’ experience in IT support
· Experience in IT support in a GxP environment
· Disciplined to work within a compliance, change control environment
· Independent, proactive with excellent communication skills
· Familiar with ITIL
· Comfortable interacting within a global organization
· Experience working in qualified environment is a plus
· Mobility between Swiss German part is necessary to cover serices
· Fluent in German and English
