• You the opportunity to become part of our highly motivated Product Management  team in Credit Suisse Zurich focusing on gathering and aligning detailed needs around the Case Management space for the various applications in the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) space.


• A rare chance to work with different types and levels of FCC Compliance users to fully understand the current workflows and enablers.


• You will help to define target processes and subsequently assess the impact on a functional and technical level working with technology engineers.


• You are responsible to detail specific FCC nuances for the respective work product, both for Switzerland as well as for other regions (e.g.,  APAC).


• As a dedicated guide you will be independently running FCC projects and take these from inception to successful launch, where Usage and Adoption as well as Risk reduction & Process optimization will be key drivers.


• You will serve as a subject matter expert and drive the squad through the various Agile ceremonies.

You Offer

 

• Deep applied knowledge in FCC space (at least 3 years), having worked in- and also collaborated with other teams within the department to have a broad view of the FCC ecosystem.


• Strong project management expertise with transformational initiatives, incl. experience in end-to-end solution or service delivery.


• Multi-tasking of several threads of varying degrees (e.g. senior management STC followed by a specific single user need) and ability to align several stakeholders.


• Exceptional social skills and openness and experience to dealing with various different cultures and timezones.


• Applicable expertise in the delivery of Digital Solutions to variying user groups and different channels via the Agile / Lean delivery framework.


• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken, any other language would be a plus
