The positionAs a member of the Front Office team, which takes care of product development, you will be responsible for shaping the Front Workplace, our application for client-facing employees, offering a wide range of functionality from client onboarding and relationship management, all the way through to core banking transactions. As a pre-sales consultant, you will help shape and maintain our demo environments, set up special demo use cases and be part of the team that presents the product to existing and prospective clients alike.



Your responsibilities

  • Preparing and giving presentations and solution demos to prospects and existing clients

  • Defining and creating demo use cases

  • Maintaining the sales demo environment

  • Coordination and acting as the primary point of contact for the sales team with respect to technical and functional questions, as well as developing solution drafts

  • Coordinating and executing gap analysis

  • Creating and maintaining sales
    documentation

  • Participating in sales and marketing events

Education

  • A banking professional with knowledge of information technology
    or a Master’s degree in Economics or Information Technology as well as the relevant work experience

Professional Requirements

  • Several years of experience in the financial industry or in IT projects related to the financial industry

  • Knowledge of CRM processes

  • A strong affinity to IT and a willingness to learn customize the Avaloq Banking Suite

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills

  • Independent, proactive, and systematic working approach

  • Excellent command of English and German (spoken and written)

Personal Requirements

  • You are open-minded and able to work with people from all cultures and different backgrounds, international experience preferred.

  • You are able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines, to constantly reshuffle priorities and to ensure products are efficiently brought on to the market.
