Your mission:
Reshape the way we integrate software code into our applications
Organize the integration of our E-Banking solutions into the infrastructure of CREALOGIX and of our clients
Manage our national and international integration partners
Provide integration support to our delivery teams
Define processes, quality gates and services
Improve our troubleshooting/2nd level support as well as communication and information flows
Boost the idea of being able to integrate and deliver continuously
Change the way of deploying and building from virtual machines to Container using Docker
Provide DevOps- and system engineering - services and platforms to our delivery teams and clients to ensure continuous integration
Establish a DevOps culture in close collaboration with our cross functional development teams and enable them to take over full lifecycle responsibility
Design IT system architectures for new requirements and clients
Analyze technical- and business requirements to be able to take decisions regarding our system architecture
Lead projects and change initiatives
Your background:
Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Background in system engineering (Linux/Unix) and/or software engineering
Experience building up an integration and operation department
5-7 years of management experience with vendors and distributed teams
Experience in the financial industry is beneficiary
Fluent in German and English - spoken and written
Management and soft skills:

Excellent time management, communication, organization and analytical skills
Management of business issues as they impact overall project plans
Technical skills:
Architecture and integration of multi-tier web applications
