Responsibilities & Profile
Your responsibilities
Support the tax specialists in performing their daily work more efficiently by analyzing, standardizing and improving the processes within the practice
Coordinate activities and initiatives within the Partner/Director committee
Support staff development and performance processes with internal departments including Finance, Controlling and HR
Define project roadmap, initiate and lead the projects, take responsibility for establishing and implementing deliverables, and ensure the communication with internal project stakeholders
Coordinate and monitor back office activities, ensure internal processes
Conduct business reviews and functional management reporting, responsible for enhancing processes and services within the practice
Your profile
More than 5 years of professional experience in a similar position and/or in managing demanding projects
Strong project management, organizational as well as people management skills in handling different stakeholders
Experience in managing larger IT implementation projects can be beneficial
University degree from an accredited college/university in Economics, Finance or Business Engineering preferred; a strong professional track record would be also possible
Mother tongue German and excellent spoken and written English
Analytical skills and critical thinking to challenge matters with an independent mindset
Proactive, confident, assertive and resilient with excellent communication skills
