Job Description	Position: In this global role you are leading a team of three HR Business Partners and one HR Administrator. Together with them and with HR Managers in the different sites worldwide you support the overall aims and the strategy implementation of the organization. You directly report to the Head Corporate HR. Besides your leadership role for the team, you will yourself have the operational HR responsibility for part of the local employees. Tasks: Lead and coach a local team of HR Business Partners and the HR Administrator in a cooperative way. Support HR Managers in different sites and coach in exceptional situations Engage and communicate with the central HR functions Compensation and Benefits, HR Information System and HR Development to support development of the related processes.   Develop and maintain state-of-the-art HR services together with your team and continuously innovate & improve HR processes Lead global and local strategic HR projects (e.g. developing attractive employment conditions). Act as the HR Business Partner for the assigned departments for the whole employee life-cycle. Profile: Higher Education in HR Management At least 10 years of experience in a comparable HR assignment in an international environment, preferably in a technical company Proven track record in a leadership function Experience in managing strategic processes and projects Profound knowledge of the HR landscape in Switzerland and internationally Well-organized, with an attitude to work process oriented and precisely Outstanding analytical skills, pragmatic solution finding, comfortable to work and prioritize under pressure Highly customer- and target-oriented work attitude Team player able to excel in a multi-cultural environment Fluent in German and English
