Junior Software Engineer 80% bis 100%

What you achieve

You are a highly motivated and productive software developer, helping us to support the development and maintenance of process support applications. The Enabling Service Tribe is supporting Swisscom during its exciting transformation to Agile by creating the right process support tools (currently we are using Jira). You collect and analyze business requirements; design, develop and maintain the applications and coordinate with the team working on other parts of the infrastructure.



You're committed to collaboratively solve problems and creating sophisticated design that ensures the high quality of our products. Using state-of-the-art software development techniques and technologies, you develop excellent software – and you are ready to live SCRUM and the agile mindset.

Why you succeed



  • IT diploma (FCC)

  • Excellent problem solving skills to develop quick and sound solutions that resolve complex issues

  • Experience with any of the following technologies is highly appreciated: o Groovy, Bash, JUnit, PG SQL, Soap, Selenium

  • Hands-on experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation

  • Know-how of JavaScript and Java is a must, Jira admin know-how is a plus

  • Knowledge of Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Linux, JVM, NFS or HA-Proxy is a plus

  • Team player with a DevOps mindset

  • Very good English
