We are seeking

A Clinical Trial Assistant (40%) / Clinical Research Assistant (20%) reporting directly to the Senior Director Haematology at our group headquarters in Lachen and working in cooperation with other internal departments like International Business Units, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Marketing and with external opinion leaders.

The job

• As Clinical Trial Assistant:


• provide support to the Clinical Research team throughout the complete conduct of the study by documenting information in order to have it complete, up to date and available to team members and auditors


• Assist the Clinical Team in preparing clinical trial documents


• Assist in the organization of Investigator Meetings and participate

• As Clinical Research Assistant: in charge of general administrative tasks within the Clinical R&D department for example


• Support team with travel arrangements, expenses, office supplies, general management & filing


• Management of SOPs


• Organise internal and international meetings

The ideal Candidate

• Biological and/or clinical science or nurse/study nurse background


• Exposure to Clinical Research within a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology company


• Able to manage multiple and various tasks with positive attitude


• Able to prioritize workload with attention to detail and within timelines


• Strong operational, organizational, presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills


• Self starter requiring minimal supervision


• Fluent in both written and spoken English; preferably also in German


• Willing to travel (approximately 10%)
