  • Your Tasks


  • Review, negotiate, coordinate and execute agreements with customers, particularly Confidentiality, Development, Supply and Quality Agreements


  • Monitor the negotiation status of agreements with internal and external stakeholders


  • Identify potential risks in agreements and prepare possible solutions


  • Compile meaningful agreement summaries


  • Supervise agreement related terms and timelines


  • Answer agreement related questions from internal and external stakeholders


  • Provide guidance and training on selected topics to internal stakeholders


  • Support the development and implementation of standard processes


  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement approved improvements for agreement templates



  • Your Profile


  • Bachelor or Master in law or an equivalent degree in law with a strong and demonstrated interest in life sciences


  • You communicate effectively and are able to function well in a team environment


  • As a very precise and reliable worker, you strive to always deliver high-quality results


  • Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines


  • You benefit from good organizational skills and are able to master complex tasks


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English


  • Ability to interact effectively and convincingly with internal and external stakeholders

    You will be responsible for drafting and implementing agreements that are in line with Bachem`s guidelines as well as external requirements. This involves a close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

    Desirable


  • Experience with contract law and contract management


  • Flair for negotiations


  • Knowledge of GMP


  • Good knowledge of German
