– evaluate, plan and integrate voice & multimedia infrastructure solutions
– guarantee a secure infrastructure environment as well as production stability and performance
– drive error analysis in systems and define corrective measures (you’ve got a good eye)
– collaborate with cross-functional teams to work towards global IT solutions
– digitize the entire voice infrastructure system

You’ll be working in the Comms & Collaboration team in Zurich. Our team is committed to delivering a modern, effective and fast developing IP Telephony & Multimedia service.
Your expertise:
You have:
– previous experience working in complex infrastructure projects
– the ability to drive forward and keep the overview around all voice & multimedia projects as deputy
– good knowledge & experience in IP Telephony (Cisco CUCM) and streaming on-demand (VBrick)
– experience in voice recording (VR IT) and mobile voice recording
– knowledge in Multi- & Unicast solutions, Video conferencing
– good experience of integrating enterprise Voice & Multimedia
– the skills to act as deputy leading contributor in steering committees and projects
You are:
– highly experienced in dealing with Senior IT Stakeholders
– strong communication skills to build relationships with line of business, engineering and external partners
– demonstrable experience in strong operational governance and delivering a quality operational service to customers
– in a highly regulated environment, you must have good discipline in risk and control in order to lead the team achieving high standard
