In what is currently a very exciting market environment, we would be delighted to have you join the IBM Services team as Partner or Associate Partner for SAP consulting. Your mission will be to win exciting new consulting projects around the transformation to SAP S/4 HANA.
In your role, you identify opportunities for incremental and new SAP S/4 HANA business and are responsible for new multi-year services contract signings. You manage and drive Request For Information (RFI)/Request For Proposal (RFP) processes to closure, including contract negotiation and signing. You apply consultative solution selling skills to conduct discovery activities, translate needs into solutions, articulate unique value and drive sales. You establish goals, analyze market drivers and trends, and provide reports, including forecast, and client pricing, etc. You manage, maintain and grow relationships with senior client staff. You are an expert in your subject and a trusted advisor to our clients and internal teams.

The required Professional and Technical Expertise are:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in selling and delivering large-scale SAP consulting projects
Profound knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA
Strong knowledge managing SAP projects
Solid network of relationships at the C level for purposes of pipeline development in Switzerland
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead customer engagements at an executive level
Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
Fluent in French and English
