Team Leader Engine Dynamics & Structural Analysis
Responsibilities
Management of R&D team Engine Dynamics & Structural Analysis
Work coordination within the team and WinGD stakeholders
Budget responsibility
Evaluation and verification of new calculation / measurements methods and tools
Representing of the group output to external parties
Contribution to trainings and seminars for licensees
Inputs and creation of guide lines and papers, internal and external
Participation & contribution in / to international standardisation organisations and conferences
Ensure the constant education and training of the group members to stay in contact with the latest developments in the fields of vibration / noise and FEM
Active participation in the daily business
Requirements
MSc Mechanical Engineering ( Ing. ETH or HTL / FH or äquivalent)
Knowledge on mathematics and physics
Knowledge in dynamics and mechanical systems
Vibrational analysis background
Engine knowledge
Managerial skills (Team leader)
