Team Leader Engine Dynamics & Structural Analysis


Responsibilities



  • Management of R&D team Engine Dynamics & Structural Analysis

  • Work coordination within the team and WinGD stakeholders

  • Budget responsibility

  • Evaluation and verification of new calculation / measurements methods and tools

  • Representing of the group output to external parties

  • Contribution to trainings and seminars for licensees

  • Inputs and creation of guide lines and papers, internal and external

  • Participation & contribution in / to international standardisation organisations and conferences

  • Ensure the constant education and training of the group members to stay in contact with the latest developments in the fields of vibration / noise and FEM

  • Active participation in the daily business


Requirements



  • MSc Mechanical Engineering ( Ing. ETH or HTL / FH or äquivalent)

  • Knowledge on mathematics and physics

  • Knowledge in dynamics and mechanical systems

  • Vibrational analysis background

  • Engine knowledge 

  • Managerial skills (Team leader)
