This position is open to Swiss and EU citizens. Our main requirement is for a UX/UI Designer with a proven track record and passion for designing compelling digital products and services with an E-commerce background.
Responsibilities:
Ideate, create, and improve current user journeys and interfaces.
Bring our customer journeys and interfaces to life!
Translate research insights and personal experience into user experience prototypes.
Craft interaction models, screen designs and fine-grained details of user interactions.Care about whether we use a tickbox or a radio button.
Collaborate with other designers, developers, and customers on the feasibility of ideas. Work closely with our product management, design teams, and engineering teams to bring your concepts and designs to life!
Provide additional design support as and when needed (design guidelines, templates, visual asset and pattern libraries)
Aid design team in pushing design system forward.
Aids in our push for consistency across our products & business and other channels such as print, offline, digital ads, in a goal to unify design and brand style.
Skills: Are you:
Detail oriented?
Able to be keep a solution-oriented mindset and problem-oriented thinking?
Able to keep in a high level vision in mind while creating detailed wireframes and prototypes?
A practical UX Designer?
Able to quickly iterate and multi task?
Able to coach and work with developers in implementing your designs?
Skilled in iOS & Android & Responsive Web Designs?
Fluent in German and English (French is a plus)?
Able to work with Sketch, Zeplin, Abstract, Google Apps, Axure?

Required skills and experience
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading the UX/UI design end-to-end and hands on for iOS, Android and mobile-first web (HTML5 responsive design)
Experience in e-commerce companies
Minimum 3 years’ experience in rapid prototyping, wireframing, presentation and high-fidelity design tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, Abstract, Marvelapp, Motion, ProtoIO, Lightroom, InDesign, Fireworks, Photoshop, or others
Strong understanding of design process, design methods and design principles
