JOB OVERVIEW:
The Biosimilars Data & Analytics Manager will be a key member of the Biosimilars Alliance and CE&O Data & Analytics Team reporting to the Head of Biosimilars Data & Analytics for Biogen Biosimilars. This role will support and drive the creation of a holistic Data Analytics and Business Insights strategy for the Biogen Biosimilars Unit (BBU), supporting Commercial & Medical Field teams and the Value & Access departments. The Biosimilars Data & Analytics Manager will be responsible for ensuring high quality, trusted and valued data from source to reporting, in-line with the Biogen corporate data strategy and governance. The role will support the development of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools and manage pipeline projects in line with business priority. In addition, the Biosimilars Data & Analytics Manager will partner with Customer & Market Insights (CMI) in market demand planning and with Field Force Excellence in the provision of business reports and dashboards. This is regional (Europe) role, supporting the BBU Hub in Zug and partnering with BBU affiliate teams and local Data Stewards, as well as delivering value the above-market functions (Finance, Medical, Marketing, Market Access)
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Executes regional daily data cleansing, enrichment, and corrections and conducts root cause analysis to develop resolution of data anomalies to ensure consistency and timely delivery of data to aid insight generation, in collaboration with Affiliate Data Stewards to ensure defined data standards are met
2. Active team member and project manager in the creation of meaningful BI reporting within the Biosimilars Hub and affiliates from intake, design, development and deployment to data
3. Identifies, documents and actions opportunities for optimization with aim of improving outputs/deliverables, and organization’s satisfaction with data management and reporting tools
4. Support market demand planning process and the production of periodic Business Insight reports or dashboards
5. Support implementation of CRM strategy and associated road map to address system issues, increase user satisfaction and usage and introduce new functionalities that bring value to head office and field stakeholders
6. Responsible for monitoring and reporting data quality in Biogen Biosimilars relating to business analytics data, MDM and reference data. Complete periodic data quality audits. Providing insight into data quality issues in Biosimilars and suggests appropriate remediation for approval.
Qualifications
• Past work experience in data stewardship, data quality and data analysis
• Advanced Excel skills are a must.
• Veeva CRM knowledge an asset
• Demonstrated success with leading and enhancing client data.
• Business Intelligence reporting development an asset.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
• Superior organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good level of Excel

Education
Degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics or other related area of study.
