Sales Engineer Services (m/f)
As a sales engineer you will develop and deliver state-of-the-art products and solutions and combine these services with customer specific business models.
Your Tasks
- Drive the opportunities especially with customer fleets of Eurotunnel (Euroshuttle/Class92) and MTR (Loc2000) beginning with the customer requests until bid approval and submission
- Understand technical requirements of customers, develop winning strategies, drive innovations and transform them into service solutions
- Consolidate project pipelines to support the commercial plan and the order intake management and planning
- Drive and lead commercial negotiations
- Ensure conformity of required and offered solutions and products
- Support actively the Ecosystem Project Managers in upselling service solutions
- Gathering information to provide technical information for customer quotations, requests and orders
- Support engineering of alternative solutions in case of obsolescence
- Support other bids and projects (engineering or sales workpackages)
Qualifikationen
- Master’s degree in engineering
- 3-5 years as an Engineer, CAD knowledge would be an asset
- High level of autonomy, attention to detail and focus on high-quality results delivered on time
- Solid proficiency level in business intelligence and project management, strategic sales, negotiation and planning skills; contractual & legal knowledge would be an asset
- Experience within heavy manufacturing organization; experience in railway industry preferred
- Languages: Advanced German and English. Advance level in French would be a strong asset
