Quality Manager R&D
In this newly created position, you will work in the Quality & Clinical Affairs Management Team within our Research & Development department.

Your tasks



  • Drive compliance for all applicable governmental regulations (ISO13485, FDA, MDR, CFDA, KFDA, Health Canada, etc.)

  • Support R&D programs, projects, design transfer and quality issue resolution

  • Develop and update SOPs, work instructions and other quality documentation

  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements as well as the implementation of respective processes and documentation with main focus on Hardware

  • Investigating causes of quality problems and proposing solutions

  • Oversee the Corrective Action / Preventive Action (CAPA) activities on R&D side

  • Manage internal and external audits including regulatory agencies and other customer/partner audits

  • Assist all departments in investigating and documenting process improvements, complaints, customer feedback requests and other information sources providing inputs into the QMS

Your profile



  • University degree with further education in quality or regulatory

  • At least three year experience working in quality or regulatory area

  • Good understanding of R&D processes and excellent understanding of regulations

  • Ability to promote high quality culture within the organization and take on ownership

  • Very good communication and trainings skills as well as ability to assert oneself

  • Open-minded person with hands-on attitude and good team player

  • Excellent English skills and German is a plus
