Global Retail Operations Manager
We are looking for two Global Retail Operations Managers for our Retail Operations & IT department located in Steinhausen/Zug. The purpose of these positions is to develop and support best-in-class retail operations processes in line with the company’s customer and strategic goals, brand values and financial targets.

Your tasks



  • Work closely with all global departments and group companies to ensure that core processes are aligned

  • Identify critical success factors and actions required to deliver best-in-class retail processes

  • Enhance and further develop global retail operations KPI dashboard

  • Collaborate with key partners directly and via managing directors in order to maximize the implementation

  • Create a global retail operations community and encourage best practices sharing

  • Play a proactive role in the global Retail Operations team

  • Support activities to improve profitability and actively identify areas to minimize costs and maximize efficiency

Your profile



  • 3-8 years’ experience in retail operations, preferably in healthcare or similar

  • Experience with successful implementation of retail operations processes in a vertical integrated setup

  • Good understanding of how the company’s IT platform interacts with efficient commercial activity

  • Passionate person with strong communication skills

  • Effective manager with a high result-orientation

  • Open-minded person with hands-on attitude and good team player

  • Excellent English skills, German is a plus
