Ihre Aufgaben

In order to ensure the steady growth of the LabTec Unit and to guarantee always a high product quality, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, goal- and strategically oriented Head SPG Laboratory Weighing 100% (m/f). Your responsibilities are:

• You will work in a matrix organization with the global market organizations in about 35 countries, the R&D and producing units in Switzerland, and several competence centers within MTLABTEC, the Laboratory Division and other group functions


• To strive for growing the business you will support and implement SBU WS strategy and tactical measures within SPG (Strategic Product Group) to grow the revenue and the consolidated profitability but also define, optimize and implement a go-to-market strategy with the Market Organizations


• In collaboration with the Lab Tec Marketing department, you will define and support development of effective and efficient marketing programs, global MarCom material and eCommerce initiatives


• Furthermore you will expand the global market share and build and maintain the relevant market intelligence to support tactical and strategic decisions Last but not least you will motivate, develop and drive people to high performance in creating new break-through ideas

Ihr Profil

• You have a master degree in engineering, marketing or economics with further education in Business Administration/General Management


• Minimum 5 years of experience in an international matrix driven organization and in managing a product group with technical products and large and complex projects in a competitive global environment


• Knowledge or experience in one of our segments is desired, experience in leading market organizations selling technical goods or equipment is a strong advantage


• You have a good sense for business opportunities as well as entrepreneurial attitude combined with excellent oral and written communication skills in English and good skills in German, more languages are a plus


• You are a networker with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with market organizations and customers.


• As team leader you should be able to motivate people in a matrix organization and get things done Readiness to travel globally (up to 20%)
