The Foundation for Research on Information Technologies in Society (IT’IS), Schmid & Partner Engineering AG (SPEAG), and ZMT Zurich MedTech AG (ZMT), the three members of the Zurich43 alliance, are currently seeking applicants for the joint post as: 

Product Head EM Phantoms

Zurich43 is a leading global player in delivering break-through innovations and creating outstanding products for the safe and beneficial applications of electromagnetic energy and information technologies, as well as for novel and personalized medical treatments. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced product head for electromagnetic (EM) phantoms.

Your challenges:

• Full responsibility for our “EM phantom” product line, including product development, production coordination, technical sales and support, and customer relations


• Leading R&D effort in the development of new materials for specific dielectric properties


• Permanent challenged with the immediate needs of our customers developing the latest cutting-edge technology and to develop corresponding well-suited customized solutions


• Preparation of marketing documentation such as presentations, flyers, application notes and movies


• Supervision and guidance of a multi-disciplinary team

Your strengths:

• Degree in Engineering or Physics (PhD or Masters)


• Expertise in one of the following fields:


• EM measurement technologies


• EM simulations


• Antenna design and radiated performance evaluation


• Proven experience in product development


• Fascination for and good understanding of diverse physical/engineering problems


• Strong focus on customers and customers' needs


• Versatile, with the ability and commitment to take over ownership of all aspects of your product line


• Strong sense of responsibility and highest quality standards


• Management skills, team spirit, self-motivated, well structured, solution orientated, able to work efficiently under pressure, excellent interpersonal skills


• Fluency in English, German a plus
