Tasks

• Act as administrative contact person for our origination business in Belgium, France, Netherlands, UK, Germany, Austria, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia


• Ensuring proper administrative management of contracts (signatures, formatting, scanning, forwarding, etc.)


• Receiving and managing other official documents that need to be certified and apostilled


• Supporting local team with administrative tasks (expenses, business cards, etc.)

Profile

• Relevant previous experience of at least 3-5 years


• Very reliable and responsible person with great assertiveness


• Good at dealing with hectic situations without losing the overview


• Flexible and able to cope with periods of high workload


• Fluent in English and German

This is a great part-time role (50%) to support our central and European wide origination team with crucial contract management and other administrative and organizational tasks.
