Your mission
Your mission will be to contribute to projects acquisition in identifying opportunities and writing proposals, as well as to manage projects (including aspects such as budget, deliverable, technical and reporting) and technically execute them in the following fields:
Your profile
You are a motivated EPF/ETH Engineer or equivalent (MSc or PhD) Engineer in Physics, Optoelectronics or equivalent and have at least 3 years of practical experience in relevant R&D activities. You are in possession of technical leadership skills that help you generate new ideas and concepts and you are motivated to interact with colleagues, industrial customers, as well as university partners. Furthermore, you are curious, motivated, proactive, extrovert and are considered as a good team-player and a creative thinker. Indeed, your scientific and technical creativity will enable you to contribute to the launch of new activities. Objective-driven, you have a proven track record of project acquisition, project management and technical achievements in the fields mentioned above. Your industrial and academic network will be a strong asset to the success of your projects. Finally, you are fluent in both English and French (German would be a plus).
