• A challenging data feed governance and data management role in our Compliance organization (CCRO)

• In this key position you take ownership and responsibility for the feeds onboarding, development, integration, continuous data quality assurance and monitoring of the Single Client Identifier (SCI) product offering as well as alignments of in-house strategies when needed


• You are responsible for divisional development which based on individual needs and for optimization of the SCI product offering and its processes (especially further digitalization based improvement of the value chain)


• You will work on and lead projects for further automation covering the full spectrum from analysis and implementation to internal communication


• As a single point of contact you closely cooperate and work collaboratively with a variety of internal partners across the bank (Risk, Finance and possibly upstream Data Source owners.) to ensure an attractive and competitive product portfolio


• You have the chance to define a successful and highly motivated Product Management team and will have the possibility to build a network within the bank across divisions

You Offer

 

• MBA/Master degree in Business Administration/Banking and Finance or Computer Science (or equivalent)


• At least six years of professional experience in a comparable position


• Experience in project management would be a plus


• You have passion and experience for big data (Hadoop and its ecosystems, Pyspark, SparkSQL)


• You have strong data analysis skills with experience in a complex organization, ideally having experience working with analysis tools for data profiling, statistical analysis, data cleasing and data visualization.


• You demonstrate the deep technical knowhow in working in large scale enterprise data warehouses using various technologies (SQL, NoSQL, ETL, Database Development)


• Applicable expertise in data quality management processes from definition, assessment, analysis, improvement, implementation to control stage


• You combine excellent conceptual and analytical skills with passion about digitalization? Then, you could be exactly the future team member to round off our team


• You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who is able to work collaboratively across cultures in a global environment


• Your strong social skills, presentation and relationship-management skills, incl. the ability to partner with and influence colleagues and vendors at all title level enables you to quickly gain trust and build up effective relationships


• Having Banking knowledge such as Financial instruments, Portfolio management, Market Data Feeds would be a big advantage.
