• You a challenging leadership role within CTO Technology Security Services Credit Suisse as a Solutions Architect & Team Leader within the global Identity and Access Management service.


• A leading role in the development and delivery of new solutions and concepts within the IAM portfolio.


• The ability to plan and scope new product requests, such as features or improvements that are in line with our strategy and reference architecture guidelines.


• You the opportunity for the solution design of new product capabilities in the area of front-end as well as back-end IAM applications.

• The responsibility to partner with our Product Management and Enterprise Architecture teams to lead the definition and communication of the product vision and strategic.


• You the opportunity to engage with partners to re-assess and re-prioritize requirements along the product/component lifecycle


• You the chance to interact with delivery projects aligned with product/component roadmaps and initiate and lead rollout projects for specific areas and cases


• Collaboration with the Product Management team in handling products/components lifecycle (from conception, adoption to end of life status).


• A chance to define and maintain product/component specific roadmap (short / long term).


• Build a tight-knit collaboration with Enterprise Architecture to ensure a proper implementation of products in a holistic view of the reference architecture.

 

You Offer

 

• Ability to lead and coordinate regional and global teams and workgroups.


• At least 5+ years of professional experience as a senior Solutions Architect with team leadership responsibilities.


• At least 5 + years of experience within Identity and Access Management Solutions / Privileged Access Management including Architectures and Processes.


• Strong leadership skills, mediation and facilitation of skills with the ability to promote collaboration and communication to improve information sharing.


• A pragmatic, technologically minded and analytical skill set with a solid focus on solutions.


• Excellent business management skills with a global and strategic mind-set.


• Strong knowledge of IT guidelines, delivery processes, standards, costs and operating models.


• Fluent in English and good working knowledge of German.


• Able to work independently in a matrix organization without direct authority.
