A challenging role within the Central Regulatory Affairs Team, being in charge of managing all interactions with local Swiss regulating authorities
Management of the day-to-day communication between Credit Suisse and FINMA, thereby acting as gatekeeper for various regulatory topics
Management of regulatory meetings with Credit Suisse senior management on divisional, regional and functional levels (e.g. review of documentation, briefing of senior management, recording minutes, etc.)
Coordination with management in front office and core functions of responses to ad hoc information requests
Management of and preparation (e.g. senior management briefing sessions, etc.) of supervisory reviews by FINMA and FINMA-commissioned In-depth Audits
Support the divisional and regional management in managing regulatory requirements set out for Credit Suisse
Manage the briefing of senior management on global regulatory topics that are addressed towards Credit Suisse

You Offer
University degree, ideally in law (lic. jur), economics or in a related field
You previously gained minimum five to seven years of relevant work experience, ideally within a global financial institution, law-firm or audit company
You possess a good understanding of the global regulatory environment in the financial industry
You are highly responsible and discreet character with the ability to move and act in a highly sensitive environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills paired with strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach
Flexibility and initiative
Fluency in German, with high level of proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
