  • You deliver an excellent service to our clients, ensuring smooth execution and acting as sparring partner and coordinator to enable Relationship Managers in the Advisory Office locations to further develop their business

  • As Account Manager you handle complex account openings (e.g. domiciliary companies, trusts, foundations) for offshore clients and execute all tasks and processes related to the account management function

  • In additional to handling all administrative tasks along the client lifecycle, you work on liquidity management and credit issues

  • Every day you interact with Relationship Managers based in Chile and Mexico as well as with our bank-internal specialists (product, credit, risk, legal)

You Offer

 

  • Completed university degree or similar education and at least 2 years of work experience within Private Banking, ideally in dealing with U/HNWI clientele

  • Profound experience in Private Banking processes as well as complex account openings and maintenance

  • Your strong communication skills and high level of customer orientation enable you to quickly gain trust and build up efficient relationships with your clients

  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with the drive to continually develop yourself and your working environment

  • Attention to detail and high motivation to deliver by being a trusted facilitator, coordinator and reliable partner

  • Strong ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility and responsibility

  • High motivation to work independently and proactively

  • Fluency in English and Spanish are required; German would be an asset
