Join us and let's shape the future of Credit Suisse together. The Identity and Access Management group is responsible for providing secure, reliable and modern IAM services to the Credit Suisse Group. There is a vacancy for an experienced Project Manager in the Technology Security Services (TSS) Delivery and Program Management team to partner with IAM to deliver key strategic initiatives in this area globally (covering APAC, Americas, EMEA and Switzerland).

Project Management Skills: - Extensive knowledge and practical expertise with a various project methodologies – project and/or program management qualifications are a plus- You have experience in the management of complex global projects and a strong sense of personal accountability in providing end-to-end delivery- You have solid experience with IAM infrastructure projects and/or Back Office Application platform migrations- You can support the IAM Program Manager(s) in the delivery of strategic objectives of the program(s) 

Business Skills: - You possess excellent business management skills, inclusive of the ability to communicate with senior management- You have strong leadership skills with a global and strategic mindset and are able to lead and coordinate regional and global teams and workgroups- You possess a commercial mindset with a proven record of end-to-end project management with responsibility for planning, initialization, progress tracking and execution to a successful conclusion in line with the planned budget, with the particular focus on:o Ensuring that planned scope is delivered to the required time, quality and costso Ensuring that matrix delivery teams and geographically distributed project resources across the organization are adequately managed/engagedo Production of project reporting on various levels ensuring that project status is transparent to the various boards and management groupso Collaboration with key partners to make sure that their expectations are met Client orientation:- You have solid mediation and facilitation skills- You have the capability to promote teamwork and communication / information sharing- You are able to build and maintain positive partnerships- You are a dedicated teammate with positive, can-do attitude- You possess problem solving and vendor management/networking skills- You have ability to work autonomously and within a dynamic, international, team environment.

Educational & Professional Qualifications:- You hold a  Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Management, ideally with a focus on Project Management or IT Security- At least 5+ years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager- Prior Credit Suisse (or Banking) experience would be an asset

Certifications:- PMP project management certification is desired

Language:- Superb communication skills in English, German is a plus
