• The unique chance to support the BA COO Southern Europe by providing an effective management infrastructure and act as deputy for all Business Management and Development related topics with regular direct interactions with the Business Area and Divisional Management team members


• Leading the Business Management and Development team with functional responsibility (incl. 8-10 team members) 


• Being responsible for the overall management rhythm and internal communication (e.g. Town Halls, Off-sites)


• Running the performance management process incl. budgeting, reporting, forecasting and monitoring of financial development


• Developing and implementing the Business and Market Areas strategy and priorities


• Front Support: supporting the Team Leads/Relationship Managers in getting more complex transactions/cases done and supporting them with the onboarding of complex clients or with the retention of clients at risk


• Supporting the management in various tasks, e.g. elaborating on decision-making documents such as presentations and financial analyses, coordinating operational processes and requests


• Leading, implementing and releasing different projects, including sales and product initiatives as well as coverage of the international platforms for strategic initiatives

You Offer

 

• You have University degree or similar higher education, preferably in Business Administration / Management or Banking and Finance.


• You have a minimum of 8 years professional and 4 years of Private Banking experience in a similar role as a Director


• You bring experience in leading sizeable projects as well as established track record in tackling complex issues and executing initiatives in the context of a large organization


• Excellent analytical, conceptual and strategic skills with a strong track record, ideally paired with relevant project management experience and / or Management Support Background


• Proven leadership skills in a collaborative manner combined with excellent social and communication skills at all organizational levels


• You are a team player with a strong sense of client-orientation and the willingness to focus and commit going to the extra mile


•  You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude


• You have a high sense of responsibility, independent working practice, showing initiative and high level of reliability


• Very good command in PowerPoint, Excel and other internal Systems


• Fluency in English, German or any Latin language is beneficial
