The Sales and Wealth Management IT team is looking for a front to back senior developer with bias towards the back end. We need a solid developer to help developing a Workflow Management System with a Support UI. The system is a key component of the bank’s digitalization strategy serving over 10,000 users globally, both internally and externally.


FIWM Sales IT has 8 SCRUM teams composed of Software Developers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Specialists and a Product Owner. Each of the team contributes to cross-departmental projects covering variety of business enhancements related to our area.



  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to get exposure to a wide array of business trading areas and the wealth management side of the bank.

  • Lead role in developing the applications

  • The opportunity to work closely with the business and other IT departments to design appropriate IT solutions in a complex trading environment

  • Helps drive the team to deliver in a high paced challenging environment

  • Drive a solid architecture and promotes good coding practices for the application and is motivated to help less senior team members strive for the same.

  • Takes ownership of the code and takes the required steps to ensure the team delivers high quality features in agreed timeframes.

  • Helps drive the team toward better DevOps practices

You Offer

 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required

  • Solid back end developer required, 5 years+ proven experience

  • Solid C# knowledge and proven database skills, especially MSSQL

  • Solid Design Patterns and OOP

  • Experience with Unit Tests and Integration Tests (Selenium, Mocha etc.)

  • Experience with micro services architecture design and deployment

  • Experience with Trading systems and/or working in a banking environment an advantage

  • Continuous integration and experience with common development tools (JIRA/SVN/Git/TeamCity/Jenkins etc.)

  • Architecture-related Documentation (system diagrams, flow diagrams).

  • NuGet creation and publishing, IIS, WCF, Service Fabric would be a plus

  • Experience with modern UI technologies (React.JS, MobX) would be an advantage

  • English is mandatory and German a plus.
