A highly interesting role as senior lawyer within the structured products team composed of international and experienced professionals
The opportunity to work closely with Credit Suisse’s Front Desk and trading & sales professionals in all legal matters regarding finance products with a strong focus on structured products
As an experienced lawyer you provide subject matter expertise and comprehensive advice on the structuring, issuing, and distribution of financial products
You interact with other legal teams (e.g. lending, cross-border, regulatory) on various levels
You participate in various regional and cross-regional projects as well as legal and regulatory initiatives in connection with financial products with opportunities to work with legal representatives from all regions

You Offer
A degree in law (Bachelor, Masters, JD, LLM etc.) and ideally a qualification as an attorney
You bring at least 3 years of professional experience which you have ideally gathered in a business law firm and / or a financial institution
You possess a comprehensive understanding of the legal and regulatory environment applicable to financial products as well as experience and interest in structured products
Strong verbal and written skills in German and English are a requirement, any additional language is a plus
You have first class organizational skills including excellent attention to detail
With your distinctive interpersonal and communication skills you are able to build up relationships with internal partners
Besides strong analytical skills you possess an initiative and independent working style even in situations with a demanding work load
You are a dedicated person with a pronounced can-do-attitude
