• A very interesting leadership position where you will lead a team of 5 people within the department 'Regulatory Strategy & Business Change’. This area is responsible for global regulatory foresight, regulatory change and supporting the business with a BAU operating framework where applicable


• You the opportunity to join the cross-divisional and global  department as Head Cross Border & Market Management Center of Competence, based in Zurich


• You will have end-to-end oversight for Cross Border, Market Management and Shared Relationships by interacting as the point of contact for Private Banking across the three divisions SUB, IWM, APAC as well as corporate functions and Internal Audit


• In this role, you will work in a truly international environment and have significant exposure to top senior management (e.g. BA Heads, COOs, CROs, CCOs at divisional and BA level) and collaborate very closely with Cross Border Legal and Cross Border Compliance


• Together with a team of highly qualified professionals, you will have day-to-day responsibilities to maintain and improve the framework around Cross Border, Market Management and Shared Relationships to address changing business, technology (e.g. digitalization), legal and regulatory requirements


• As an experienced leader you will chair the supervisory and governance forums, represent as subject matter expert in relevant working groups and lead highly strategic projects for Private Banking

You Offer

 

• University degree or equivalent in business administration, economics or law


• You have at least 10 years of professional work experience and in-depth business knowledge in Private Banking / Wealth Management with good understanding of regulatory matters


• Excellent partner management and ability to motivate people across organizational and geographical boundaries for a common goal


• You have strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credible and positive relationship with business and functional colleagues alike, as well as with senior business managers


• Are you a dedicated problem solver with excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking and a team leader with strong delivery mind-set and can-do attitude?


• Ideally you have experience as a project manager with a shown ability to work independently and under-pressure without compromising quality


• You are fluent in written and spoken English, German skills are an advantage
