• A highly interesting and challenging Market Expert role within the Europe Advisory & Sales Department in the International Wealth Management (IWM) division

• 
  
  
  
  • Steer (together/on behalf of the Market Area Head) the Market specific Product Approval Committees and to ensure that market specific Product Applicability rules are properly understood, implemented into the relevant tools, regularly maintained and stored in an official repository
  
  
  • Act as go to person for the Front, for support functions (e.g. Legal, Compliance) and for the various Product Factories on Product Applicability matters
  
  
  • Govern market specific Lead Offering ensuring, among others, that Lead Offering properly reflects Applicability rules
  
  
  • Ensure that Product related Regulatory communications are properly done
  
  

 

You Offer

 

• At least 6-8 years of working experience in Banking with special focus on Investment Products and their applicability, ideally in the Legal or Compliance department


• Systematic approach, persistence to find adequate solutions and make things happen


• Ability to easily adapt to changes (e.g. processes, regulatory prerequisites) and interact efficiently within the team


• People-oriented personality with effective relationship skills and the passion for providing first-class advice to demanding internal clients


• Fluent in English is mandatory, any other language is an advantage
