Your responsibilities
Focus on quality by managing and implementing PA measures throughout all project phases for space and non-space projects
Coordinate and execute PA related meetings and milestones meetings incl. tracking of resulting actions
Provide project teams with PA linked expertise (M&P, testing related quality measures, EEE, dependability analysis)
Manage deviations and corresponding root cause analysis incl. definition and implementation of corrective actions
Inspect hardware and verify performance internally and/or with supplier (manufacturing/testing)
Coordinate interface to customer and suppliers/subcontractors for quality aspects
Assure implementation and lead development of supplier quality measure, incl. execution of project specific audits
Establish PA relevant documentation
Ensure knowledge transfer from PA to other disciplines and vice versa, incl. support of project teams ( in the technical fields of EEE and materials & processes where possible)
Your profile
University degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Materials, Electrical Engineering or in a similar discipline
Solid experience in Product Assurance Management
Profound technical understanding of standards of PA branch (ECSS-Q) incl. dependability, M&P and EEE, mechanisms components (Gearbox, Bearing, Slip Ring, Potentiometer, Motors) and related testing
Knowledge of configuration management and related standards (EN9100, ECSS, MIL, etc.)
Critical, solution-oriented person with out-of-the-box thinking style
