Requirements: 

We are looking for a HCM Cloud Expert to join one of our international clients in Geneva.

Hard Skills:

• Experienced in Oracle HCM Cloud;
• Experienced with multiple Oracle HCM modules;
• In depth understanding of cloud-based systems and software engineering processes;
• In depth understanding of software architecture methodologies;
• Understanding of object oriented Systems and multiple languages used for implementing them (as C++, Java);
• Understanding of distributed API's and cloud integration methodologies;
• Understanding of applications role in the cloud systems (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS);
• Business process analysis and design: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process design and implementation;
• Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support;
• Understanding of competitor payroll functionality;
• Knowledge of human capital management systems and their capabilities.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience;
• Recent experience developing cloud applications;
• Minimum 5 years of experience architecting highly available, scalable, and distributed systems.
