Requirements: 

Expectations for the role

- Improve data quality within Grant Management ecosystem

- Interact with both business teams, and Knowledge Management and Technology Solutions (KMTS) team to improve data quality within Grant Management applications and tools (e.g. Country portal, Excel “business applications” and more)

- Improvement of data quality will be based on the following activities: Data Completeness, Consistency, Uniqueness, Validity, and Accuracy

- Document Data Quality process and procedure

- Provide detailed documentations (procedure, step-by-step data correction document, data mapping, Data corrections, How-to, etc..) for each data quality tasks, that could be then, used as technical specification for Extract-Transform-Load development. The aim is to automate the process later

- Perform Data Integration and Data Migration

- Use ETL or any tools like Salesforce data loader, to perform data integration and data migration activities related to data quality tasks agreed prior with senior management

- Provide regular updates including presentations about data quality progresses related to data quality plan, demonstrating progresses, issues, and risks

- Contribute to taxonomy, and master data management activities

- Work closely with teams that work on Glossaries, enterprise dictionary

- Implement automated Data Quality reports

- Propose and implement an indicative data quality indicator

Skills and competencies required
- Salesforce data management (includes Data Loader)
- Excel
- Knowledge on project management
- ETL development

Nice to have
- Use of Dama.org (Data Management framework)
- SQL, and other query language development
- Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Tableau dashboard development
- Use of Atlassian Suite
