Apply to JobJob ID249710BRPosition TitleStrategic Program Director, EOS - Basel or East Hanover, New JerseyJob DescriptionThe Strategic Program Director is primarily responsible for leading a program of significant strategic projects for EOS, Enterprise Operation Simplification. The position is ultimately accountable for the success of each project, including solution design, integrated program management plan, business case verification and tracking in collaboration with the Enterprise Process Owner (EPO). The position requires a leader that is able to facilitate and drive change in a networked environment. Strong interpersonal, networking and strategic partnering skills are necessary, as well as an ability to make progress in an environment where there can be significant ambiguity. Having strong leadership skills, ability to work within all levels of the organization (vertical and horizontal), negotiation and influence skills are key to success in this position. Critical to the position is the ability to ensure a greenfield approach for the optimization of E2E processes that are both digitized and futureproof. The Strategic Program Director will coordinate and lead key change activities for their program required to ensure business continuity during planned change and that affected business areas are prepared for new ways of working and/or implementation of new service/business process.



Major Accountabilities include:

• Daily program management throughout the program life cycle

• Defining the program governance (controls

• Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress;

• Managing the program’s budget

• Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements

• Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies

• Managing and utilizing resources across projects

• Managing stakeholders’ communication

• Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document

• Benefit Realization:

• Defining and tracking benefits that will realize the strategic objectives of the program

• Developing the Benefit Realization Plan and maintaining overall focus on benefit realization

• Defining and tracking key performance indicators

• Managing the business continuity during the change

• Preparing affected business areas for transition to new ways of working and/or implementation of new service/business process

• Optimizing the timing of the release of new project deliverables into business operations, feedback loop into overall EOS Execution integrated program plan.



We will consider applicants to be based in either Basel, Switzerland or East Hanover, New Jersey, US.Minimum requirements• 5-10 years Program Management experience

• with E2E focus in a multinational environment

• Agile experience preferred

• Work experience in virtual/remote teams preferred
