Working Student Client Reporting 40-50% (temporary for 7 months)

Within our business unit Asset Management Infrastructure, team Data Management & Reporting in Zurich we are looking for a Working Student Client Reporting for the period of November 2018 until May 2019.



 

Your challenge:

• Participation on processing and monitoring various automated and manual reporting productions for Asset Management clients


• Issue management and execution of various quality controls


• Participation on client reporting enhancements, business requirements gathering, its documentation, user acceptance testing for change requests as well as within projects upon need


• Documentation and updates on various manuals and processes with regard to client mandate reporting


• Optimization and automation of existing processes


• Business support and frequent interaction with multiple teams and colleagues as well as close interaction with IT


• Ad-hoc support for various quantitative analysis or presentations

 

Your qualification:

• Master student in a quantitative discipline, business administration, economics, finance or engineering


• Strong communication skills – in writing and verbal – due to frequent interactions with various teams Business/IT


• Strong analytical and also documentation skills


• Very good German and English language skills


• Very good knowledge in MS Office products such as Excel, Word, Power Point


• High attention to detailed and quality work, being very reliable


• Affinity to asset management, financial instruments and organizational kind of work


• Investigative, open minded and proactive
