Reporting lines and interactionsThe Digital Collaboration Lead reports to the global Head of Architecture and Infrastructure. This role interacts with the Forum’s IT line functions, internal stakeholders and vendors. Breakdown of main responsibilities• Vendor and service management• Architecture and design• Integration and configuration• Development and implementation of selected use cases The successful candidate will be assessed on• Articulating and delivering a compelling vision for a next generation collaboration environment• Successfully implementing and deploying the solution across a set of highly diverse customers• Managing project and suppliers Preferred requirements and experience• Technical background at a master’s level, or equivalent• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the area of office productivity tools, such as Slack and Office365 and their competitors, including at least 1 year experience as product manager in the emerging digital economy• Proven track record of integrating and deploying solutions; can design, implement, deploy and manage cloud-based and/or mobile solutions• Proven familiarity with digital workplace design using leading-edge software packages, ideally in a role as technical product manager• Proven hands-on knowhow of custom API-based integrations: can integrate e.g. Saleforce and Microsoft solutions, Middleware hands-on experience a plus.• Familiar with technology landscape in the area of digital collaboration and sharing• Excels in project management; able to assume the role of a business analyst to integrate all internal and external key stakeholders• Fluency in English is required; French a plus Why work at the ForumWe believe that progress happens by bringing together people from all walks of life who have the drive and the influence to improve the state of the world by building awareness and cooperation, shaping mindsets and agendas and driving collective action.
