Your tasks

• Become part of PwC's Flexible Legal Resources and join our mission to change the way of delivering quality legal work to our large network of clients.


• You will work on a staffing contract which offers you maximum flexibility including the utilization rate you prefer (full-time/part-time).


• You will assist our clients in developing multi-country legal strategies, update and improve short and long term strategies based on regulatory changes mostly under CH/EU law.


• You will anticipate legal obstacles and emerging issues throughout a product lifecycle and develop solutions with other members of the in-house regulatory team.


• You will be involved in different projects to implement new European transparency reporting standards and systems.


• You will develop and manage appropriate SOPs and systems to track and supervise product-associated events.


• You will be an internal advisor for clinical trial teams to host compliant meetings.


• You will liaise with legal representatives where necessary to solve outstanding legal issues.

Your profile

• You have obtained a law degree from a recognized University in Switzerland or another EU country.


• A Ph.D. in law or a technical area as well as a specific certification would be a strong plus.


• If you have a foreign nationality you have a valid Swiss working permit.


• You have sound experience (3-8 years) as in-house Legal Counsel of a Swiss based company.


• You are perfectly fluent in English (with excellent writing skills) and fluent in German and/or French.


• You have strong communication and organizational skills and you are able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


• You have preferably experience in the Life Sciences environment.


• You have the ability to adapt to a large and complex structure with varying priorities quickly, are versed at multitasking and can prioritize efficiently while working on numerous projects simultaneously.
