Responsibility for the Securities Finance Sales Strategy. Ensure high visibility and buy-in for the strategy within the organization
Management and development of existing client relations, promote trading activities within Repo customers
Acquisition of new customers in Switzerland and Europe
Lead sales efforts for new and existing products leveraging other client facing staff.
Active marketing of new services and products in coordination with Product Management of SIX Repo AG
Promotion of the Securities Finance platform through representation at industry events e.g. conferences, trade publications, Exchange's website, direct customer communications etc.
Development of Sales and Account Plans
Potential to develop into Head Role with management responsibility
Your profile:
Experience in securities finance with highly detailed product and market knowledge
Proven sales experience/track record within securities finance
Broad-based network in the financial services sector
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate proposals through presentation techniques is essential.
Team player with entrepreneurial qualities
Good analytical judgment and thinking ability to identify customer needs and business opportunities
Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English, French knowledge of advantage
