Senior Sales Manager Securities Finance

Main duties

  • Responsibility for the Securities Finance Sales Strategy. Ensure high visibility and buy-in for the strategy within the organization

  • Management and development of existing client relations, promote trading activities within Repo customers

  • Acquisition of new customers in Switzerland and Europe

  • Lead sales efforts for new and existing products leveraging other client facing staff.

  • Active marketing of new services and products in coordination with Product Management of SIX Repo AG

  • Promotion of the Securities Finance platform through representation at industry events e.g. conferences, trade publications, Exchange's website, direct customer communications etc.

  • Development of Sales and Account Plans

  • Potential to develop into Head Role with management responsibility


Your profile:

  • Experience in securities finance with highly detailed product and market knowledge

  • Proven sales experience/track record within securities finance

  • Broad-based network in the financial services sector

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate proposals through presentation techniques is essential.

  • Team player with entrepreneurial qualities

  • Good analytical judgment and thinking ability to identify customer needs and business opportunities

  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English, French knowledge of advantage
