Within our department Investment Services we are looking for a team member in the Fund Data & Reporting team to enrich the team with complementary skills.
Your challenge:
Support the team in building a fund reporting competence centre by creating and producing recurring customised reports and exporting data
Undertake the role of data owner for fund data and be the single point of contact for all matters related to fund data within AM
Support in building a competence centre and central platform for fund data
Participate in projects to deliver high quality data within AM
Maintain and enrich fund reference data on various platforms as fundinfo, Morningstar, Swiss Fund Data
Responsible for defining, maintaining and monitoring data quality controls on a daily basis
Coordinate with Sales, Product Platform, IT and other stakeholders AM requirements for fund and investment portfolio data
Respond rapidly to ad hoc data requests
Coordinate and adapt data management process
Coordinate IT development, testing and improving ETL processes
Your qualification:
Degree in economics, finance, quantitative field IT or similar
In-depth knowledge of Excel / Power Query, SQL , VBA and IT skills
Data oriented personality with a “can-do” mind set and entrepreneurial attitude
Sound knowledge of asset management data and processes to prepare business requirement specifications
Experience with database tools, data vendors and fund platforms
An effective team player with a sense of ownership and accountability
Investigative, open minded and high attention to detail
Well organised and disciplined approach to work
Very good German and English language skills
