Responsibilities

• Conceptual work in the creation of test and test protocols


• Creation of system and training documentation


• Execution of system tests, integration tests, interface tests


• Indentification of measures to correct findings and deficiencies


• Configuration and Troubleshooting Cisco CUCM


• Configuration and Troubleshooting SIP Trunks


• Configuration and Troubleshooting MGCP Voice Gateway (including Q931 Protocol)

Skills

• Good knowledge of Cisco Call Manager (CCNA Collaboration)


• Basics VMware ESXi, Cisco CIMC


• Basics Cisco Data


• Experience in testing and commissioning


• Knowledge ICT Security


• Good communication verbally and in writing


• Good knowledge MS Office (Word & Excel)


• Fluent German, English and French are a great asset
