To support our HR Team Asset Management, we are looking for an HR Assistant for a temporary assignment of 6 months in Zurich.
Your challenge:
Support of a Senior HR Business Partner and an HR Business Partner in managing the day-to-day business for the business unit Asset Management
Independent execution of all administrative HR tasks
Independent correspondence based on existing templates in all HR processes, such as hiring, adjustments of employment conditions etc., and employee lifecycle events, such as service anniversaries, weddings, births etc.
Maintenance of employee data in the HR Tool (Workday) and personnel files
Information, inquiries and advice on everyday business to employees and line managers
Support in the recruiting process through placing job advertisements, arranging interviews, obtaining and documenting references, informing employment agencies and applicants
Preparation of references
Development of forms, templates and tools supporting administrative processes
Your qualification:
Educational background: commercial apprenticeship with further education in HR (e.g. Federal Diploma)
2 to 3 years of experience in a comparable position
German native speaker with excellent verbal and written skills in English
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Flair for administration and processes with strong organizational skills; ability to set priorities, and manage tight timescales
Communicative and client-oriented personality
Expertise with MS Office
Strong teamplayer
