We are offering an exciting position in the dynamic and international Portfolio & Business Management team in the Credit Risk Management business area of our International Wealth Management division. Credit business is a key driver of our growth in International Wealth Management


• The opportunity to be in charge of defining and maintaining the policy framework for the credit risk management function and to work on related projects


• You will coordinate the implementation and review of policies and align with the business experts


• You will be able to assess the impact of policies initiated outside your team


• You have the opportunity to represent Credit Risk Management of International Wealth Management in projects impacting the bank’s global policy framework and get to interact with many business partner globally


• You will be responsible to ensure proper governance, consistency and use of standard methodologies for the policy framework


• Next to the policy work you will also get the chance to work in business management and smaller projects in credit risk management


• You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude


• You are trusted advisor for the operational credit business


• We are open for flexible / agile working

 

You Offer

 

• Completed higher education (e.g. studies in Business Administration or Law)


• Several years of work experience either in the credit business or in a policy, regulatory or audit function of a financial institution


• Ability to work conceptually and to organize / lead in combination with good writing skills


• Project experience is an asset


• Flexibility, attention to detail and high reliability


• Fluent English skills; German is a big plus
