The CVG project manager supporting business transformation is a member of the regional team that leads CVG EMEA projects to execute our strategic initiatives that optimize how we go to market and develop our organization.  


 


This person will be responsible for managing and / or supporting  cross business regional project teams to execute project plans, project communication, stakeholder management and coordination with other project leaders to maintain awareness of interdependencies with other Business specific and regional initiatives.


 


The position reports to the CVG EMEA Sr. Program Manager, Business Transformation.


 


 


A Day in the Life




·      CVG Transformation Program Management


o  Support CVG Transformation Program Manager with project governance, including weekly, monthly reporting and maintaining high level of program communication


o  Coach individual project leaders with project management methodology to support execution


o  Maintain awareness of projects being delivered or in the pipeline that impact the CVG transformation


o  Proactively identify and raise interdependencies and risks


 


·      Project Management


o  Take responsibility for specific projects in the role of project manager


o  Utilize project and change management methodology to enable effective execution


o  Understand and work to resolve or escalate project issues


o  Demonstrate drive and enthusiasm to pursue project goals


 


·      Change Management and communication


o  Maintain stakeholder maps and execute communication plans for own projects and with the program team


o  Identify, raise and support communication needs to manage stakeholders and organizational understanding of initiatives


o  Demonstrate behaviours to support and enable the organization to change


o  Facilitate workshops to support project team needs


 


·      Relationship Management


o  Establish and maintain effective communication and strong relationships with local and regional stakeholders across businesses, geographies and functions


o  Actively participate in and contribute to Commercial Strategy & Operations function and team meetings


o  Manage stakeholders to gain agreement regarding project related issues


 


Must Have: Minimum Requirements


 


·            Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field


·            8+ years of cross functional / cross geography project management experience in a matrix organization


·            Experience in medical device industry


·            Fluent in English and local language


·            Comfortable with cross-functional communication throughout multiple levels within the organization.


·            Demonstrated ability to work on tight deadlines and excel in a fast-paced business environment.


·            Strong organizational skills used to drive to timely results


·            Project management experience


·            Strong interpersonal skills.


·            Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


·            Highly motivated with excellent communication skills


·            Strong change management skills


 


 


Nice to Have


·            Project management certification is a plus
