Works in collaboration with GBT and CPOs to maximize brand value across all customer groups. Provides effective cross-functional management/leadership.



Major Accountabilities:



Drives insights through integration of data from all customer groups. Designs war gaming/simulation scenarios to identify trends, opportunities and threats (worldwide and in key local markets) for product group and proposes corresponding measures.



Leads development of brand strategy across all customer groups. Ensures alignment of development, regulatory and Pricing & Market Access. Develops sales forecasts scenarios and sensitivity analyses across a portfolio or brand.



Leads brand communication: drives product messaging and communication strategies across customer groups. Provides timely input to product development, including formulation and packaging. Develops pricing options based on market trends and payor insights.



Creates and leads execution of key expert development program.

Contributes to stakeholder mapping.



Leads the development of full-scale communication plans across the product life cycle. Provides strategic direction to multiple agencies.



Leads the development and launch of new campaigns that appropriately target customer groups including payors. Provides leadership to design and delivery of marketing mix, balancing ROI with brand KPIs.



Leads marketing related pilots and shares best practices across the organization. Manages associates (as assigned) to ensure effective performance, as well as talent development.Minimum requirementsUniversity degree in Science and/or degree in Business Marketing or Clinical Research.

Demonstrated Learning Agility

10+ years’ operational marketing experience with focus on extensive product/brand management including customer facing/sales experience.
