Responsible for administration and management of our Unified Communications environment.
Responsible for operational tasks in various locations internationally
Act as a project team member in IT projects
Maintain and develop the existing Life Cycle Management
Keeping the system documentation and user manuals up to date/Writing System Documentation
Readiness for the on-call service
Profiles
Cisco Unified Communication Engineer, certification like CCNP or equivalent are preferred but not a requirement
At least 3 years of experience in the area of network administration, and at least 2 years experience in the Cisco Unified Communications environment
Experience with Video Conferencing preferred based on Cisco
Knowledge in integration of Third Party Tools into Cisco Unified Communication Manager
Knowledge in Cisco Contact Center is a plus
Independent, customer-oriented, takes the initiative is dedicated and a team player
Good command of spoken and written German and English
