• You a challenging role as Business / Project Manager in the International Wealth Management (IWM) CEO Office , the team leading and implementing the IWM CEO strategic agenda and projects


• A key position in which you closely collaborate with IWM Senior Management and their support areas as well as across divisions


• You have the opportunity to support the divisional Management Committee Corporate Secretary and shape the IWM CEO office client engagement activities


• In this role your responsibility is also to contribute to IWM CEO internal and external communication activities (incl. preparing presentations, announcements and speeches as well as organizing events)


• You will address a wide variety of divisional topics, ranging from the promotion of IWM to the protection of our division (e.g. compliance)

You Offer

 

• Completed university degree, preferably in Business Management, Economics or Engineering


• 2-5 years of experience within a project management environment, ideally in a global Financial Services firm


• Your strong communication and presentation skills allow you to interact independently with senior management and other partners


• You possess analytical and conceptual skills, have a structured way of working as well as the ability to drive results and get things done; Project management skills round out your experience


• Excellent English language skills (written and verbal); German skills are of advantage
