We Offer
Advise on interpretation and application of relevant rules and regulations, market events and best market practices as well as internal policies and procedures
Ensuring regulatory Compliance with transaction containing material non-public information
Advising on information barriers, client confidentiality and need-to-know principle as well as dealing with inside information
Maintaining Watch and Restricted Lists, including implementation of and advice on Research, Sales and Trading restrictions on publicly announced transactions
Reviewing Equity and Fixed Income Research against items on the bank's Watch and Restricted List ensuring Compliance with regulatory requirements, Credit Suisse’s Information Barrier policies and dealing with potential conflicts of interest
Providing support with conflict of interest matters
Closely collaborating with Legal and Compliance colleagues locally and globally with the possibility to build positive relationships
You Offer
University qualification, i.e. Bachelor/Master in Law or Economics or, alternatively, competent knowledge and working experience in Investment Banking, Compliance or Risk Management
Preferably good financial product knowledge, deep understanding of legal and regulatory regimes of financial markets
We want you to contribute your strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, as well as your excellent judgment to our team
Ability to work well under pressure, independently, proactively and with demanding business partners
We are looking for a highly dedicated person with excellent analytical skills and a partnering mindset
Fluent in German/English
